What's New

H1N1 vaccine

We are currently OUT of H1N1 vaccines. At this point we do not know if we will be recieving any more doses. Thank you

Sports Physicals

We encourage you to please schedule your child’s sports physicals during the summer break. If you know your child will be participating in school activities throughout the school year, summer is the best time to schedule. Check with your school district for effective dates. The physical is good for one year and will help keep school absences to a minimum. Please complete the family history section prior to the visit.
